This Privacy Policy explains how Kirill Mirgorod ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data in connection with PromptClip ("the App").

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

• Purchase and account data — email address, transaction ID, and invoice details, processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") at checkout.

• License and activation data — license key status, activation timestamp, app version, macOS version, and device identifiers needed to validate your license.

• Support data — information you voluntarily send us via email when requesting help.

We do not collect, access, or store your clipboard contents. All clipboard data stays locally on your Mac and never leaves your device. Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

• activate and validate your license;

• process payments and prevent fraud;

• provide customer support;

• maintain the security and reliability of the App;

• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We process your data based on: contract performance (license activation), legitimate interests (fraud prevention), and legal obligations.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment data, VAT, and invoicing independently. For details on how Paddle processes your data, see their Privacy Policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate the service — such as payment processing and email support tools — under appropriate data protection agreements.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for licensing, legal, accounting, and support purposes. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
